Orders placed with Utterly Personal can take between 1 and 5 working days to be dispatched due to the personalisation process of the gift. Each individual product has a lead time dependant on the type of personalised product and as such a lead time is displayed on each product indicating how long it will take to be dispatched.
Utterly Personal also offer a courier service. This service gives the ability to fully track your dispatched order from us to you. A courier service wont speed the production of your order but will improve security and delivery time once your gift has left our factory. A tracking number will be provided for our courier service once dispatched.

In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your gifts, please email us (info@utterlypersonal.co.uk) within 14 days of receipt and we shall immediately investigate your query.
If an item is damaged in transit we will expedite a replacement to be sent out.
Please ensure that all personalisation is correct before submitting an order as unfortunately we cannot replace or refund orders which are submitted incorrectly.
